The Clubhouse is centrally located within the complex and boasts an extensive library, billiard table, lounge area, piano, dance floor, open fire place, big screen televisions, hairdressing salon and full kitchen facilities. The administration team can also be located in the Clubhouse.
The shaded veranda at the rear overlooks the northern stream with a rain-forest backdrop, a popular place to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.

The swimming pool is directly opposite the Clubhouse, set amongst landscaped gardens and a lovely spot to enjoy an afternoon swim and a chat with your fellow neighbours. There is a wonderful array of birdlife and wildlife to admire as well.
Littered throughout the village are little green alcoves for neighbours to enjoy and relax and take in the surrounds.

Social Activities
Laurel Springs hosts a myriad of activities each week from the relaxing Happy Hour as well as the slightly more strenuousTai Chi. What we can promise you is lots of laughter, good fun and memorable times and quite often delicious food.
The Laurel Springs Management Team also organise monthly Morning Teas which are always well attended with various guest speakers from the community on wide ranging topics.
